I got charged for a car park which was closed

I have already sent in a complaint email regards this booking. I spent the extra money to book for the day yestersay in the expectation you would not be effected by the running race (otherwise you would have said). I drove to Cardiff and arrived around 8 and all of the roads were blocked off such that we were unable to get parked at the space. My son was with me in the car and we had to abandon the Plan A and left left the car roadside and walked tot he start line. I would like my money to be returned as i have been sold the space under false pretences. Very poor. BTW, i got the directions tot he space from the link sent to me with the confirmation, so all the info was wrong.
