Using this app to book an NCP car park on a busy Saturday was a complete waste of my time and money. Not only was it more expensive than it would have been had I just paid for parking when I got there, there was no guarantee of a parking space... which is the whole point in reserving one. I paid £7.89 for 2 hours whereas it would have cost me £6 if I'd have paid normally. It was just pure luck that there was a space available. If you're going to charge people and make a reservation - have dedicated bays for your parking. Will absolutely not be using this app for an NCP car park again.
