Yes the pedestrian stairwell dies, as do many municipal city centre multi-storied car parks, resemble a gents public convenience.. however if you can stomach that the location is perfect for central Cardiff.

no parking space as car park was overly booked. No warden to manage the high traffic. Had to move some of the barriers to make space for parking. Very tight space on the ramps. will never park again
