We had booked the car park from 3pm and when we got there there were no spaces for us

Had parking booked and paid for, when arrived no spaces available. Me and another car just driving round looking for space. Had table booked for my birthday meal, after 10 min had to drive out and look for different carpark. When booking, It didn't say the carpark had no barriers just plate recognition so no space guaranteed.

There is no
Barrier on the car park. There is nothing to stop the car park filling up before you arrive. We had paid in advance but had to park elsewhere. I would not recommend booking this car park in advance unless very early in the morning
