Very easy car park needs work a lot of holes

Really easy to book

Easy to find a well priced parking near my destination, with clear address and directions. Easy to pay and secure a parking space

No space. Had to wait for at least 30 minutes

I pre paid for a space and the car park was full and i couldn’t park and had to go somewhere else. I consequently missed a train - not impressed

+Easy to use, reasonably priced for city parking, would use again. -Few potholes to navigate

Booked for 10.30am 17/9. Arrived at 11am due to bad traffic from Leeds. No parking space available. 3 quarters car spaces left between many vehicles. Scanning each row meant reversing back down each row after. The last row was given specific bays but this wasn’t obeyed in some cases . Managed to eventually squeeze into the last row but the car adjacent was a foot over the marker. I don’t understand why they would let people reserve without specifically monitoring the usage. Spoke to a local Parker who said it was the same everyday. Nightmare!

Excessively difficult to navigate app. Spent some 30 mins attempting to pay for parking spot ending with me speaking to customer services.

Parking space not reserved so unable to actually park in car park.

This large open-air lot gets busy but it's excellent value at £9 for a day. It's advertised as without headroom restrictions but there is a 2.2m entry and exit barrier meaning the roof aerial on a Transit has to be removed
