Parking good and I bought insurance but when I increased the time of return by an hour the insurance was cancelled and I tried many times to reinstate it but couldn’t. I was then worried my car might be damaged whilst I was away and would have to pay the excess on my own policy. This needs sorting out.

I parked on the ground floor. it was easy to find the parking space, however, when I came back to my car at 11pm, there was no light, very dark, some homeless people and a tent on the site.. I felt unsafe till drove off from the carpark.
