We used this car park when meeting friends in York. I booked in advance and everything worked perfectly. We even found a space under cover.

Really disappointed parking in car park got ticket like instruction said only to return to have to pay £23.00 to get out of the car park no phone number to ring will never use this site again as felt I d been conned out of £30.00

I booked a car parking space at 24 Queen Street, York at a NCP car park. It was an automatic entry and exit with no facilities to take the JustPark Reservation Ticket. I had to pay NCP on top of my JustPark fee.

This was the first time I have used Just Park and was generally impressed.
A couple of issues with the booking and on arrival, but both sorted quickly and efficiently by Just PRk/NCP.
A car park itself in a good location, 10 minute walk into the centre of York, making for a quick exit at the end of the day.
Would recommend Just Park and the car park itself.
