I have a Volvo XC90 and the space was excellent. The location is a little further outside of York centre than I was expecting however the walk was very flat and easy.

Ideal spot for railway station. Easy 15 minute walk along cycle path alongside the river brings you into the Short Stay car park entrance to the station.

It's about a 20-25min walk to the centre of York along a great cycle/walkway path right near the river and 15mins to the National Railway museum. Great place to park and we have a Skoda superb estate that fitted no problem

Easy to find and no issues getting parked up. Not in the best area but only a 20min walk to the train museum which was where we were heading.
