Very convenient parking for my two day stay. At the time of parking I thought the spaces were on the slim side so parked as considerately as I could. Got back to find an abusive note under my wiper and a dink down my door. Thanks to the BMW 420 driver. I contacted the office and they gave me a full refund which I will spend on a DIY paint kit. Unless you have a very small car or one that you don't care much about then this is a great carpark - if not park elsewhere. Great customer service though - but I wonder if they have lots of complaints like mine.

Do not use this service if a guaranteed space is what you need. I travelled with my mother who has mobility problems so I needed a reliable prebook service, but arrived at York to find no spaces left! Customer service (poor souls) apologised, processed refund and said ‘a space is not guaranteed’ - so what on earth is the point of this pre-book service?? Terrible - don’t use them. I had to park with APCOA and make my mum dash for a train. So so bad.
