Hard to overestimate how convenient this space is for matches at the Racecourse. It's 2 minutes from the stadium and next to a café! Easily fitted my Tesla model Y in. Area feels safe walking back the short distance in the dark. Only downside was that the road was briefly closed after the match- I assume that was due to Ryan Reynolds. We were happy to wait for a few minutes to see him depart.
