Great location for catching the RailAir bus to LHR from Woking Station. This avoided taking the car to the airport and leaving it being shunted around in some anonymous car park for three weeks. This driveway was ideal for us and we'll use it again in the future!

Not clear you pay on departure, so desperately trying to book it and pay before my train leaves and it turns out I booked and paid for a private drive parking space with the same name as the car park. Asked for a refund but told no; asked again, told no. Offered £5 credit but am £75 down.
I rang straight away but can you get to talk to anyone? Of course not.
Really shocking support - we are not all digital experts you know…. And as humans we make mistakes, and this was a costly one for me. Lesson? These people just want your money.

First experience with this app. The space was easy to park in, as described. The road was quiet and easy to access. The walk to the train station was really quick and straightforward. The car was undisturbed. I would recommend using this space to Park and Ride into London. Thank you.
