Permits will be sent 24 hours prior to your booking date and time. Please note that PCN will be issued if a valid permit is not displayed and/or if the vehicle is parked on an incorrect bay, other than the one allocated via email.

Received parking instructions within specified timeframe. Made sure I followed map to work out which space I was allocated and displayed the permit I had printed out in advance. Spaces are really small. I had to ask passengers to get off prior to parking. I have Ford Focus and would probably not try it in a larger car. Getting through the gate was not an issue as this is way wider than parking spaces even despite of scaffolding around the gate. Very close to the castle and centre. Can park a whole day for the price. No parking fine received (read in previous feedbacks this was the case with some users). Guess I just followed instructions correctly. Would consider using again.

Didn't find the space marked on emailed printout so ended parking elsewhere for additional cost! Contacted space owner but no answer!

Great location only short walk from high street. Plus point we asked for required permit to be sent earlier than 24hrs pre booking as difficult to print whilst travelling and it was forwarded as soon as confirmed. Arched entryway tight due to scaffolding but not an issue as advanced warning of limitations. Small issue was parking labelled with company name which differed from photos. Good value compared to other options for secure guaranteed parking, good to have option to come and go as required.

This isn't what I call 'Just Park'. In all the years I've been using this service, you book, and just park. Didn't read the small print (my mistake) which meant you had to request a permit from owner to print out and leave on dashboard of car. This additional requirement needs to be IN BOLD AND CAPITALISED for people to take heed when booking this parking space.
