Car Park on Railway Avenue, CT5

The car park was ideal with plenty of spaces, although probably affected by COVID. There was no sign of the 24hr attendant as advertised and under normal circumstances, I may not have found a space. The entrance is also rather peculiar, in that you have to go right the way round the loop almost to the exit and then turn back on yourself. Only found it as went through a no entry as did others...

Booking was easy; the fee was good value; the site was easy to find; but you ticketed me while I still had one day on the clock, and I'm having to appeal against it.

Always parking there and a great price as well. I use it 4-5 times a week.

station car park. A bit of a walk but worth it when spaces in town are at a premium.

An excellent service and one which I would definitely use again, didn't even know existed but works so well.

Easy parking. Location ideal for short walk to high street and harbour/ beach etc. Have parked here before.

Unfortunately, it was a car park and there was no reserved bay as suggested. Despite the claim that an APCOA service assistant was available 24/7, there was no evidence of this and there was certainly no personnel available to speak to. It appeared that, had the car park been full, then I wouldn't have been able to park.

Convenient and good value. Booking in advance saves the hassle of finding coins or making a phone transaction.

HI there - the contact prior to my booking date was very good and on the day I was reminded of my booking and times. However, I ended up not taking advantage of the parking opportunity as the place where we were staying suddenly found a parking slot for us next to the house.
