It’s the first time I use the Justpark. Clear instructions were provided before I go to the parking lot. So, no anxiety or confusion before going. According to this experience, 100% will be booking for parking through it in the future if possible.

This has proved to be a very useful app as parking spaces are so difficult to find in Whitstable, especially in the peak holiday season. Easy to follow directions to the pre-booked parking area and no issues.

A busy car park for shoppers nipping to local small coop so had to wait 2/5mins for space a couple of times after days out, but quick turnover of cars so not a problem

Horizon notices posted all round the car park were contradictory to the parking instructions - eg no overnight parking. So didn’t use the space as I’ve had a bad experience with horizon parking previously.
