Sand Point Car Park

car park in disrepair, decided to leave pretty much immediately. the cost wasn't visible until you'd already turned in, and there's no location code on any sign. given that there's not much phone signal either it was a struggle to even pay for parking, after which I just left to find somewhere better. very disappointed really.

Paying £5.20 for 20 mins is disgusting ... won't ever come back and will tell my friends not to either.. utter fucking rip off !! No wonder the national trust are loosing members

parking is good, the app needs sorting. it forces me to make a payment of £0.00, doesn't save my NT number and doesn't confirm it's booked. I have to check my email for that, which may take a while to come through, the app just says "in progress".

Requires an app- no coverage- makes the whole experience a right fafff! Also- it's marked up as being suitable for vans, but the height limit bar isn't- AND the height limit isn't even marked anywhere on the bar. There are a few spaces outside the barred zone but no signage to say to car drivers to please park inside and leave space for vans to park - except one space for an ice cream van. VERY poor for anyone not in a car and to be avoided if in anything bigger.

Wrong amount. Should be £5 not £7

sand point is national trust as I am a member I should not have paid to park but couldn't deal with your app so had no choice but to pay £5 you need to make it easier for people who are not very technical

I would never choose to park here again. As a National Trust member, parking is free, but the process of confirming membership took around twenty minutes, negating the benefit of having National Trust membership.

First time using this app. Was a bit of a pain to set up as already at the car park and unable to pay in any other way. May be useful in the future.
