Low rating is due to going over parking time and unable to extend this as at medic appointment. Unfortunately after trying through the app and contacting customer services there was no way to pay the extra additional time spent. It's likely I'll now get a fine but just park was helpful to provide ref to appeal this as all attempt to pay was made.
