I couldn't park, the barrier was closed, I called the owner multiple times but didn't pick up, i had a short visit to that area this morning for a personal task but ended up incomplete.

Arriving at Herald Gardens, there was no parking space with a visible number 11, so it was impossible for me to park my car and be sure I was in the right spot. The 2 photos provided leave room for doubt as well. Not happy at all with this booking.
