Parking on Marlborough Gardens, RM14

Initially really easy to book, that all went smoothly. However, upon arrival we noticed that the driveway was full and no space for us to park. After no response from house, I called the owner, no response, so left a message. I got a call back straight away to be informed that he didn't know about the booking and if he did, he wouldn't have accepted the booking. Whether this is true or not I'm not 100% convinced. I was told there's nothing that can be done except park elsewhere and he'd organise a refund. We were attending our sons rugby festival meaning there was no parking, anywhere, and we're now late. Three days on and I've still not had a refund, and neither the owner nor the JustPark company have responded to emails and text messages I've sent. Not the greatest first experience of this service.
