Parking on Varsity Drive, TW1

2nd time I've used this company Excellent both times,will definitely use again

The parking space was occupied by another vehicle when we arrived. I called the owner, and rang his bell on the property, but no answer from either. He eventually texted me but could offer no help. Very poor serviceand very angry customer.

Turned up to my space that had been booked for 4 months. There was another car parked in the space. The owner wouldn't answer the phone and only replied by text. Told me to park in communal bays and it would be fine. Very disappointed as this is NOT what I had paid for. Poor attitude, poor service. Would never use again as no guarantee you'll get what you've paid for!

A dodgy sprawled note was put on my windscreen saying that I shouldn't park in space number 40. Presumably an interfering nosey neighbour.

Will definitely use again. Yes, you had to wait for a while so we spent more time on the "village"! Stewards were really helpful at letting us both in and out if the road Distance to Stadium was 2 minutes! Highly recommend

Location in relation to Twickenham was brilliant. However, at the end of the game we found that the only road out of the estate was closed (by the security team operating at the stadium). Despite speaking to local police there we weren't allowed out until 45 minutes after the game ended, which spoilt the day really.

Easy transaction. Easy to find location incredibly clos to the stadium. Perhaps too close, as after the concert, Stewards would not allow us to leave the road for about and hour or so until crowds subsided. But that soon passed. Thank-you.
