I got a parking fine when I had parked in the correct spot.

This is a scam! At a couple of days notice I was informed my booking times had changed and could do nothing about it. Do not use this site!!!! Update following response: - why did you not contact me asking if the alternate time was suitable rather that just changing it? - why did you not offer me an alternative location if you could not fulfil your contract to me?

Excellent location, easy of booking, welcoming staff and secure. Great value for money.

Very easy to find & only a 20 minute walk to Twickenham stadium. Car park was also locked whilst we were at the match.

I would like to raise a complaint and obtain a full refund of the fees paid to park here. The facility was not open when I (and others) arrived despite there being an official on the gate. He was very helpful but could not open the facility to let us park. Apparently the venue manager did not realise there was a rugby event on and had not unlocked the gate. I had to park elsewhere in order to meet the group I was hosting at the event at 12:00. I waited around 25 minutes from arriving before deciding to park elsewhere. This encroached into and beyond my pre booked timing from 11:30. Please review and refund my costs. I won't recommend this venue to you or other just park users.
