RCP - Upper Pantiles, Tunbridge Prebook

the car park I was directed to in your directions to, in Upper Pantiles Tunbridge Wells ,was run by another company. I have asked for a refund.

Don't be confused into thinking this is genuinely reserved parking as we naively did. The car park has no barriers and is a free for all. We arrived while visiting the Polar Express experience at the Spa Valley. All day on a Sunday costs £3 in the car park but 8.5 hours on Just Park cost £3.73 (we spent an age driving around waiting for a space to become available despite having pre-paid and "reserved" our parking from half an hour prior to arriving. It's an unsurfaced quite pitted/muddy car park without marked bays. A bit cross at being mis-sold this parking. Eventually we managed to get parked after avoiding the hotel and other companies reserved areas (where you can get ticketed/fined).

Great car park , loads of space & more importantly only a very short walk to the spa valley railway , the closest car park being Homebase looked absolutely chaotic with car queues everywhere, so pleased that we booked the upper pantiles car park

Really easy to book; really easy to find; clear instructions about where to park; very convenient location.

Initially it was difficult to find as there are road closed signs everywhere but there is a sign that says car park open as usual. Did I feel ok leaving my car in an open easily accessible car park for 3 days? Not really but I didn't have a choice as I was running for a train!

Easy to find. Within walking distance to the town centre shops and restaurants. If you have issues with mobility the surface of car park is gravel so take extra care. No issues with parking spaces and seemed quite safe. Glad I pre booked and paid as was lot cheaper than the car park by the Premier Inn.

As I pre paid for parking so easy and as it was raining hard even better.Couple of minutes walk to the polar express train ride even better

It would have been cheaper to just pay at the car park.
