The car park was full at the time I booked to park. I tried to ring JustPark but just got through to a recorded instruction to press 1 which I did but that didn't produce anything. I had to go to another car park and pay £8.75 (on top of the £4.50 I had paid JustPark in advance). I will sort out my own parking in future. I would like to give zero stars but don't think this comment will go through until I have rated it. So, reluctantly, I have given 1 star.

Parking site and costs are fine. The one thing that continues to grate with me on a an isanely regular basis is the issuing of parking fines provided to me (and gloriously stuck to my drivers window) for days of parking for which i have paid online! I have raised this issue a number of times now but what is being done to join up online payers like me and your guys on the ground idduing tickets. I had taken to printing off my payment details and leaving in the window of your car to tell the attendant i have paid but stopped that recently after being told that they computerised system is reliant. Well, its obviously not! Can someone please sort this out!
