terrible experience nearly drove away as the machine was too complicated - had to download add, enter all my details all to just spend a couple of quit to park and then finding out the glass museum was mostly closed because a pane of glass was broken - a waste of time and money. you need to offer a cash alternative when parking and put up signs that museum isn't fully open

Paid for parking at National Glass Centre, went to door of centre only to be told it was closed because of weather. No sign in car park advising this. Parking is exclusively for the centre so paid for no service ! Staff said they weren't responsible.

A shock to find I had to pay. Been parking at Glass Centre for free for years.
Mobile phone low battery and it was tanking down. So it was a struggle to get app downloaded and pay online. At 71 it's sometimes difficult keeping up with technology when it hits you out of the blue like this. By the time I'd done all the validation with my bank etc I only had 45 mins of my hour left. Annoyed that app defaulted to pay 2 lots of extra 20p for SMS and reminder. Shocking - that's theft as many won't realise they can opt out.

There was a sign in the car park stating ‘free event parking’. What did I pay for? as the car park was free for anyone to use and my space I paid for was not reserved. It was available like all the others that had not used justjust park and parked for free as it was a free car park. Please respond as it looks like in this instance you are charging for public free spaces. Thank you

visited The National Glass Centre and paid for parking when I didn't have to. Better signage needed to show free parking for centre visitors and a registration scheme as visitors are walking around wondering if they will receive a parking ticket.
