Parking on Clockstand Close, SR6

It was easy to find and nice that it was on the site of the old Roker Park ground. However the other car parked on the drive was so far over that it would have been difficult to get our Volvo in. Luckily there is plenty of unrestricted parking nearby, so we just parked in the street. Sunderland was lovely, and the space owner gave some helpful directions, so that was all okay.

Space looked full, knocked on door no one qnswered

First time using this and the lady was so lovely; all other reviews are spot on its great location if you're parking for the football and no qualms about leaving my car, would defo recommend!

Bit of a maze of streets to find the parking space, but once found, it is a good space. Easy walk to the Stadium of Light. Safe area for parking. Space is more than adequate. The lady speaks to you, gives good direction, and explains that the cost goes towards a local hospice funds. Would use this space again.

Perfect space for visiting the stadium of light, the lady gives the proceeds from the space to charity which is a very nice thing to do.

Extremely friendly owner who helped with directions to the Stadium of Light, she advised of how to beat the traffic as well, space is in a very nice secure area. Walk about 7-8 minutes to the ground perfect for the away fan on the road Thank you so much

No one home and cars already parked !! Do not use !!

Just used this location for the pink concert. Brilliant spot to park . The owner was super helpful and friendly , explained best way to get home . Excellent service will be used again if we come to the arena.10/10
