Novotel Stansted Car Park

Novotel were very helpful and the lady on the phone for justpark was very helpful. It was also a good value space relative to others nearby. My one bug bear is that I had originally booked my space for 1 hr too late and wanted to amend my space to include the hour before my booking. I tried to amend this online, but if I wanted to 'amend' the booking it would have doubled the total cost of the original booking!!!! Fortunately, I was able to speak to a girl on the phone who was very helpful and simply booked the hour separately, meaning that it didn't count as an 'amendment' and instead added £3 to the total, which was a much easier pill to swallow.

Easy peezy lemon squeeze.

It was easy to book originally. BUT, our flight was delayed several times and to keep my booking I had to pay an extra £70. I twice had to extend my departure time at a cost of £35 each time.

Would highly recommend just park.from parking my car then getting to airport very easy

Easy to find, friendly staff. Better price than stansted

There was no transport back to the Novatel. We had to pay for a taxi . The airport transport bus stops st 01.35. Our flight was delayed so we landed at 01.40. Other hotel buses were still running.

Very easy and convenient

The good points: This car park was cheaper than the official car parks closer to the airport The bad points: When booking I did not see anything saying you have to pay a further £8 to get to and form the airport. It is way too far to walk and not safe. This increased my price by 20% and made it not that much cheaper than the much closer official car parks. The shuttle only goes every half an hour, so loads of hanging around. The car park is over sold. I had to search for ages to even find the only space left, despite having booked and there were people park on verges, on grass and others outside spaces as there simply is no room. Won't use again

Good price, easy access from hotel to the main terminal and very helpful staff

Very easy to park up. We treated ourselves to breakfast at the Novotel, which meant we did not have to queue at the airport for food. Staff were very helpful too.
