Very easy to park up. We treated ourselves to breakfast at the Novotel, which meant we did not have to queue at the airport for food. Staff were very helpful too.

Booked parking with Just Park at the Novotel Hotel Car Park at Stansted Airport for 1 night, 2 days. Saved £50 instead of parking In the short stay. It was very smooth and an easy experience, getting to and from the car park via the hotel shuttle to the terminal building.

The barrier didn't open on exit and so I had to go into the hotel for them to allow me out. Apart from that, happy with experience.

The car identification at the barrier did not work on exit. Had to go back to the reception and explain that we have booked it; only then did they raise the barrier for us manually.
