Been charged 20£ instead of 8£ for dropping car off. Bad communication with customer waited for car nearly 1h for no reason really bad experience wouldn't recommend

you don't need to do anything when arriving the barrier should just open but you don't get a ticket. when returning you need to validate it at the reception in case of any additional parking fee you may need to pay. I was about half hr over due to delays but wasn't charged

Anpr picked my car up on way in to start booking, wasn't alot of parking available at time I went in but was peak time. Still found a space. Went to hotel got transfer at time stated and returned to hotel on transfer at time stated. Car untouched and no issue at all. All for a fraction on the cost compared to official parking
