Poor instructions and signage led to me inadvertently parking in the wrong part of the car park, in a private spot. Whilst I was away I had to sort out the mess, making a holiday incredibly stressful, as the space I used was that of a seriously ill lady, who required the space for daily carers. I called JustPark who, after me explaining where I had parked, assured me I was in a correct space.
The entire experience has been a complete nightmare. I have requested a full refund. Watch this space.
