It was good parking. The only reason I gave 4 stars because when I came back there was a car parked in front of mine so I had to wait for the owner to come out and move it. He did this very quickly. I would park here again. The bus is very convenient from here - glenhaven bus stop

Very helpful owner, even whilst they were on holiday themselves. We experienced a few problems not of our or the owner's doing, but was responded to professionally and very promptly. Highly recommend.
Journey to T5 is swift and easy (about 5mins by car). We didn't take the bus as we had a lot of luggage and a toddler but an uber to T5 was £6.50 at 6.45am on Christmas Eve. Uber from T5 at 10.30pm on 28th Dec was a whopping £19, and by black cab would have been a fixed fare of £35!! Be warned! Book ahead with a local taxi.
Otherwise, parking space itself was fine, no access issues and owner very helpful.

We had to wait 15 minutes to be able to park, as the driveway in question had other vehicles in it when we arrived! The home owner was rude and just grunted at me.., do yourself a favour and avoid. Close to T5 though.

Excellent service and would use again. Contact with the owner was excellent and was very understanding on flight delay.
You can get a bus at the end of the road to Heathrow which is ideal or a 20 minute walk to the terminal..
Would use again and recommend to anyone using terminal 5
