Great service and brilliant location for T5 with a bus service running directly into the terminal within a 7-8 minute walk.
Our host was easily contactable and greeted us at the property. He even helped us secure our rear window when he had realised we had left it open to protect it from the rain.
Couldn't fault it. Would definitely book again if flying from Heathrow. Thank you Daniel!
