It’s a 5 minute walk to prittlewell station and one stop to Southend airport , it’s probably 17 mins from the driveway to the terminal and you would save £££s on holiday , business parking
The driveway is on tickville road it is not close to the sea front btw I have got 3 bad feedbacks saying it’s 20 mins from the beach , which it is so please look at a map if you want to park close to the beach …

I parked my Toyota CHR here for two nights. It's a quiet residential street. Traffic wardens are on patrol all around Southend which is nice to see. The parking spot was easy to reverse park into, house to the passenger side and bush to the driver's side. Ample space to empty my luggage from the boot and get to the front exit without brushing against my car.
Less than a 20minute walk into the town, where I stayed at the Travel Lodge. Will use this space again for future visits.

Couldn't find the spot (house numbers only go up till 99 on the street?), rang the owner twice and no answer. Had to park someplace else, couldn't get a refund either.
