Good space for parking, owner popped out to check all in order. Only issue was that a van was parked across the access way making it a little tricky to get into the space but with care, parking was managed (better to reverse onto the space). Location was for Cliffs Pavilion theatre, 12-15 minute walk.

Nice parking space within easy walk to town centre and seafront. I found the lamppost made parking slightly more difficult but still parked my VW Tiguan - just not parallel to the pavement.
