Need to know
Drive to the car park. When you arrive your car reg will be recognised. Park your car and keep your keys.
If you're embarking at the Ocean Terminal you can walk there in a few minutes. For any of the others you can take a taxi, which is included.
Give the taxi company a call (the number will be on your booking confirmation) and you'll be sent a text message with the registration number of the vehicle that is collecting you.
The taxi is included for up to 4 passengers, with space for 4 suitcases and 4 pieces of hand luggage. It takes 4 minutes to any Southampton cruise terminal. If you've got more guests or luggage than one taxi can handle, you'll need to book an extra one. Prices will vary based on how many people and how much luggage you're bringing.
When you disembark head back to your car and drive home.

The car park doesn't have any accessible facilities but the parking team will be happy to offer assistance if required – just give them a call before you arrive.

Early or late? If you return late you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £26 per day during peak times, or £16 per day during off-peak. This is subject to change.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.2m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
