Good space, didn't realise it was for multiple cars (other customers) when we booked. Luckily we parked well enough and wasn't called back!

I turned up and there was 2 cars parked. Apparently the owner claims 3 can park there. But the 2 that had park wouldn't leave enough space to park a third car.
There was no mobile to contact the owner of the space (I believe that this should always be provided, for situations like this)
I spoke with one of your colleagues, who sadly was unable to assist.
I will be seeking a full refund.
Also it makes me feel less confident in using this website in future.

Easy to find..very close to the destination we attended and ample space to park,simply without having any concerns if I needed to move it or not
