Arrived to find that the place was not available and I had not received a cancellation. Although Nav was helpful at this point - I then had to find a parking place, which was more expensive and I missed the ferry which I had hoped to get and had to wait an hour for the next one! Not impressed!

10 minute walk to the ferry port, the owner was easy to get hold of and our was locked away in a safe place. Excellent.

The parking space was perfect for our requirements and very convenient for the Ocean Terminal. Nav was very helpful and was there to help us find the space when we arrived, despite us arriving later than planned due to bad traffic. I would recommend Nav to anyone looking to park in Southampton.
