Due to this parking space being managed by National Parking Control, which has clear signage all around the private carpark, I would have been issued a £100 fine for not having a valid NCP permit to park. This was a total nightmare when I arrived as had limited time available to look for parking elsewhere! I spoke to one of the residents who advised me this had been taken over a couple of months earlier and also advised me not to park unless I had a residents parking permit. I will be expecting a full refund.

Perfect spot for visiting Southampton, safe and easily accessible. Bit short so overhung the space quite a bit but not an issue

Left the car splattered with a bird poo attack. Came back 19 days later and car was as clean as anything not sure if it was the rain or a kind gesture from the owner. Anyhow many thanks .
