Excellent, to the point instructions. The keypad to enter the code is not very bright, so it took a couple of times to input the access code and wait for the barrier to open.
But easy to find and there were 2 free spaces left to park inside the car park. 10 minutes walk to Ocean Terminal for P&O cruise ship.
We returned from a 7 day cruise to our car in the condition we left it. Will book again if we cruise out of Southampton in the future.

Car park was very safe and easy to get to from the cruise ships by using Uber or a taxi. The slight problem we had is the buttons on the key pad were playing up so we just had to make one quick phone call and got a new set up And then the barrier open up straight away
