Parking space on Channel Way, SO14

Found it very easily excellent for town centre and football ground

easy to find would use again for the football

We arrived to find a pick-up parked in the space. The concierge was very helpful and tracked down the owner and got it moved, but all in all took about 15mins to resolve. However once available the space was good and very convenient.

Fantastic location for The cruise port, easily walking distance to Dock 4. Great value. Felt very secure leaving my car there as it is in front of the Concierge office, once small issue was that the management company for the properties have found out that the space is often free and park their car there whilst doing their rounds. This happened to us and it took a good 30 mins for someone to locate them and get them to move their car. This wasn't an issue for us but could have been if you were running late. Would definitely use again.

Smooth as silk; no problems

Convenient for dock gate 6 and Isle of Wight ferry. Quite difficult to find in the complex but good value.

Easily accessible and well secured parking space with shops and restaurants around. Short walk to the Cruise terminal.

Very safe even though the barrier would not fit even if we could have had the use of. (It's only really for a small car)As it was right outside the security office it wasn't necessary anyway. 1st turning on right once turned in Channel way Ben was quick to reply and the area was good although if using for cruise it was a 20 min walk to gate 10 via gate 8. If open. It was closed on arrival so worth checking if open on way to park if gate 8 is closed take a taxi it's 45 min walk to cruise terminal gate 10. Lots of bumps etc. If trundling a 4 wheel suitcase. Pleasant 20min walk though on way back.

Easy to find, car was fine, no issues. Ben was great to contact and communicate with generally. Would definitely recommend and use again. Even with a taxi to and from Ventura we were still £10-£15 better off rather than parking at the port.
