Booking system was user friendly, processing my request and payment efficiently. Reminders timeous.
On the day I had a little trouble finding the parking, directions took me right there but given that the parking was somewhat obscure, the photos were a little misleading and I had difficulty maneuvering into the space with other cars very close to the white lines and another opposite preventing me swinging wide and directly into the space . Car was safe and secure the next day so overall happy.

This space is only suitable for a small car. I had to do about a 20 point turn to get in and out of the space.

Parking space is well located if you are planning to get on a boat as very near to IOW ferry amd cruise terminals.
Only grip is the space appears to be in the narrowest section of the car park. We have a fairly compact hatchback amd anything bigger would struggle to get in unless the cars parked opposite are not there or they have reversed as far back in as possible. Took 5-10 minutes to manoeuvre into the space even with parking sensors and someone standing outside guiding me in.

The car in the next bay was parked so close to the line of no 24 that we could barely get into the spot. (My husband struggled to get out of the car after letting me out already.) It would have been ok otherwise and it was fine leaving as the other car was gone.
It was a great location to park and very well described - the pictures helped, thank you.

Clear instructions and pictures made it easy to find.Only a 5 min wander from the I.o.w ferry terminal which means you don't have to pay over inflated prices for parking.Well happy, will use again.

A bit tight to get into the space, as some other cars are parked in front of garages opposite which are not proper parking spaces.

The space was easy to find, felt safe and secure, there was also plenty of room and only a 10 minute walk to the cruise terminal.
