Easy to find and use. Could be improved by cutting the low hanging branches off of the tree however as they touch even a smaller car.

Very helpful owner who was quick to communicate and took a photo of the parking space as I was concerned about overhanging tree branches (it was fine for a low vehicle).

Excellent secluded parking slot, only 350 metres from main A33 Road leading to M3 and middle of Southampton.

Great location convenient for city centre. However, it is not suitable for a large or tall vehicles as the space is narrow and under a very low tree. I have an average size car and the branches scraped the roof and the aerial got caught under a thick low hanging branch. I have privately messaged the owner to suggest some maintenance. This will happen on anything higher than a Mini Clubman.

Easy to find. Excellent location to get in and out of Southampton. £8 taxi to port. If, unlike me, you have a large expensive car that you treasure, you may want to bear in mind that the space is quite tight with cars parked either side and tree branches that will touch the roof of the car. Indeed, as the parking space is directly underneath the branches of a tree, it was covered in bird mess on our return so think about reversing the car into the space! I would definitely use again because of proximity to port and easy to access from main road into Southampton.
