Euro Car Parks Harbour Parade

The only comment I had from the drivers was that because the car park wasn't signposted, they wern't sure they were in the right place, it all worked out ok though, as the picture helped!

DO NOT BOOK THIS. YOU'LL GET A FINE. It says the spaces are bookable but they are not, so when I arrived there were no spaces. I parked in a non-marked bay with no yellow lines and received a fine, and the appeal was rejected.

I received a fixed penalty notice from the car park provider suggesting they didn't know i had paid for parking. I have had to make an appeal rather than Just Park sort problem out for me.

Paid for my spot, however they had oversold the carpark and received a fine for being parked outside a marked bay. Would not recommend . This was the same for multiple cars which arrived at the same time, we all received fines

Do not trust this app. Paid for parking at Euro Car Parks, Harbour Parade, Southampton. Arrived at the time booked and there were no spaces available. There were no reserved spaces for pre paid bookings. At least one other car arrived at the same time also having pre paid. We both parked at the edge of the car park without blocking any other vehicle. We were booked on a ferry so did not have any option to look for any alternative parking. Got a parking ticket for not parking in a marked bay. Basically Euro Car Parks effectively sold me (and others) a space without any intention of ensuring they honoured their part of the contract. Do not trust this app nor Euro Car Parks.

It was ok very helpful telephone call to office early on in the booking.

The location of the parking was excellent, unfortunately due to lack of information as to where the parking was exactly we where slightly confused and unsure we had parked in the right place.

We booked a parking space on the basis that it was a short walk from there to Southampton Guildhall. The parking space was not within walking distance of the Guildhall. It cost circa £26 in Uber fees to get to and from the Guildhall from the parking place. It's unfortunate that there isn't anything less than one star to give as a rating for our experience. I would suggest that you arrange a refund.
