Euro Car Parks Harbour Parade

No space in prepaid car park. No signage or directions to overflow car park. Chat box down on website. Had to park on yellow box. I advised them by email and they issued a PCN which I now have to challenge. It is very distressing and I am a blue badge holder. Disgraceful

Although the carpark was very near the station and on my return the car was in good order I was warned by the Taxi driver that in was not a very secure place to park.

Easy access to railway station and buses for ferries etc but slight concern for security of site in view of graffiti plastered on nearby walls and presence of street people on pavements.No visible evidence of CCTV cameras in the neighbourhood.

I came back to car and found penalty notice on which I'm now having to appeal

Reasonable price and convenient

Warning!! Never use again it's a risk - I Pre- paid but there were no spaces available when I arrived. I got a parking ticket for £60 for parking next to a bay..... there were yellow lines all over the car park but also bays within the yellow lines. Nothing was clear and no allocated space for me!!

It was Euro car park which I had booked months ago, there was no allocated parking space, hence there is a high chance of not able to park despite the advance booking

The only comment I had from the drivers was that because the car park wasn't signposted, they wern't sure they were in the right place, it all worked out ok though, as the picture helped!

DO NOT BOOK THIS. YOU'LL GET A FINE. It says the spaces are bookable but they are not, so when I arrived there were no spaces. I parked in a non-marked bay with no yellow lines and received a fine, and the appeal was rejected.

I received a fixed penalty notice from the car park provider suggesting they didn't know i had paid for parking. I have had to make an appeal rather than Just Park sort problem out for me.
