Euro Car Parks Harbour Parade

I had booked a day before and when there the day of parking there was No space and had half hour to rush around looking for parking space.If I had known that this was a big scam I would have not fallen for it.I now need a full refund and an apology for such a bad experience.

There was no parking!!! One car was taking two places! I manage to park in a very tight space and got fined for it!!!

All in all a good experience, had to park where there was no bay (as none available when i arrived) but had no problem otherwise.

Easy to book. Car park was easy to find. Great location for Southampton cruise terminal. Reasonable cost.

Parked in a Euro carpark, no complaints up to now. Bit of a walk to the cruise terminal but for the price it was ideal.

It was difficult to find. Just an open air carpark with no barrier. It served its purpose for me, but nothing to prevent it being full of pay and display cars when you arrive.

Easy to locate the carpark, car left for 18 days with no problems. Will park here again.

There was no space, so I had to park in undesignated area which did not obstruct access or other users (I had a train to catch and couldn't find alternative parking). I then incurred a PCN for parking in an undesignated bay. Just Park were unable to help and appeal to Eurocarpark is in process but unlikely to be successful as I didn't adhere to 'the rules'. So despite prebooking parking I now have to pay £100 PCN charge. I would not recommend.

There wasn't any spaces left so parked down the side but car was fine but all spaces were occupied.

The parking did fit my vehicle but only just as was the case with the vehicles next to me. I had to let my passengers out before reversing it into the space. I was concerned that the other cars doors could hit my car when opened.
