Booking for parking was easy but the parking place was too untidy with household rubbish bins were on the driveway with not much space for the car to park. Once parked, getting out of the car was challenging due to the bins.

After following both waze and google maps there was absolutely no way of getting to this location due to road closures and festival taking place
I spoke to officers and the public who both confirmed I wouldn't be able to get there due to the circumstances that day
I contacted just park for a refund, who were willing to help but driver denied refund
I'm sure the driver is aware of the circumstances that day but is denying a refund
