Second time I've used this space and I will continue to do so. Easy 5 minute walk to the train station, then 3 minutes to B'ham international, then a monorail straight in to the terminal. Used to the money that I saved to buy a meal for the family.

Great parking space, no overall issues.
Only recommendation would be for the owners to cut back bushes and trees that hangover the space as my car was full of tree droppings and bird droppings - nothing a cheap car wash couldn’t sort.
Additionally - Park on my drive says it’s a 2 mile walk/drive to the airport, it’s not its nearly 5 miles and would take 1.5 hours to walk (this is not owners fault).
