Arrived only for a car to be on the drive. When we spoke to the owner they said they'd forgotten to cancel the booking and that they no longer do just park. Will be trying to get a refund. Also street parking is available on the same street, so just park there

Brilliant space for the Hawthorns and right next to the away end. Only minor down side is away fans get shepherded out the opposite way, so you've got a bit of an extra walk to get back to the car but only a couple of mins so no issue.
