The directions took me to the Observatory car park, not this car park - therefore I parked in the wrong spot, and when I left it charged me £8 or I could not get past the barrier - so I have paid twice!!!

Could not find the car park. Drove round several at the postcode but now signs and I did find it. I rang but was told the office was closed. I missed my train.
Not a happy customer and will not be recommending anyone park with yourselves

Everything was great but be careful there are 2 car parks next to each other and its not clear which entrance to use. Don't use the shopping centre car park!
