Great concept easy to use

Good space, friendly owner and a lift to the airport.

Karen was lovely - good communications and I shall hope to park there again.

We were apprehensive as we had never used Justpark before, but we were pleasantly surprised. Karen was prompt in replying and as promised provided courtesy transport to and from Bristol airport. We would definitely used again.

Karen is great and will definitely go the extra mile. Location is super safe. Highly recommended

Easy to find, safe space and very convenient. Karen is lovely and very friendly and kindly dropped us off for free, as agreed. However, I would advise that she requested flight info upon booking, as to avoid double-booking for drop-offs. Sadly, people lie...and some parkers who arrived later than us claimed that their flight was earlier than ours and asked to be dropped off first, whilst in fact we found them leisurely walking around when we arrived (20 minutes later) and their flight was later than ours! Luckily. Karen kindly let us use her garden whilst we waited. To bear in mind also that the taxi-fare from the airport to Karen's is quite costly (in case she can't help with transfers). Would use again.

Couldn't have been better. Karen took me to and from the airport for the cost of the drop off and pick up fee... £5 each way... and the space was very easy to find. My car was safe for the ten days it was there and would definitely book again. Thanks Karen

Incredible service! We booked this parking last minute (the evening before a morning flight). Karen met us at the front door upon arrival at 7am, drove us to the airport, and picked us up upon our arrival. First class experience from start to finish! Couldn’t rate this service enough. Thank you!

Had a great first experience using just park. Easy to use and I felt the location was safe for my vehicle. Karen also gave us a lift to the airport and back. A great service!

The parking place would be easy to find in daylight and when driving in normal conditions ( it was pitch black and in torrential rain for us so a bit tricky). Karen was v accommodating especially when Easy jet changed both of our flight times. We really appreciated the collection from the airport and will happily park at Karen's again.
