Arrived at night expecting the barrier to raise with ANPR, booked in advance. Didn't, rang the helpline but office closed until next morning. Pressed the button and got a ticket, so got in to car park. Expected to have to pay again on leaving but didn't luckily. Instructions are unclear

The gate didn't open so I had to ring for assistance. The person I spoke to, Odwa was very helpful and kind and suggested that I get a ticket in order to enter.

Unfortunately the car park did not register my number plate so i was forced to take a ticket and pay again. Not sure if this was an issue with the carpark or the website but definitely wont be using it again

Shutter wouldn't open. And I tried both entrances. So had to take a ticket as I had a business meeting to attend. Any way to claim this back. As now have paid twice??????

The parking itself was absolutely fine but the access having paid on just park was confusing. The confirmation says to drive up and the barrier will let you in but when you get there this isn't the case. So you're torn with whether to take a ticket or if that will mean you'll be paying twice. In hingsight, it feels like you need to take a ticket because you then use a barcode on the ticket to re-enter the car park pedestrian access. I think probably this needs to be clarified and communicated by just park and/or at the car park entrance for prepaid customers

The car park didn't recognise the reg so had to pay and also couldn't leave the car park after trying multiple times to pay, left us feeling panicked and trapped late at night
