Bankpark - Victoria Quays, Sheffield Car Park Prebook

Pre-payed and was told to approach the shutters which would open automatically. They didn't. We had to wait half an hour and tail gate another driver in. This made us late to the venue and put us at the back of the queue. On our return, we were locked out of the carpark and couldn't gain access without a ticket. With inflammatory bowel disease, I was desperate to get back to my vehicle which was basically impounded at this point. I called the service number on the door 9 times over a period of 25 minutes in pain with my stomach. I left messages begging for them to call me back urgently with no response. We resorted to running through the vehicle exit shutter door when a car was leaving. After regaining access to my vehicle, I tried to exit the carpark to find av toilets quickly. Again I was impounded. In tried calling again for 15 minutes leaving messages with no reply. By luck, another vehicle was trying to leave but was aslo having trouble making payment. Eventually the shutter opened for them and we darted out behind bumper to bumper like criminals.. they actually changed us more to pre-book than it would have cost to park there unannounced. I left the car park with soiled underwear. I haven't even received a call back since, even though in left many messages. Disgusting carry off. I'm tempted now to report the company and seek compensation. Lateness to the venue, false imprisonment of a person AND vehicle, medical/disability neglect of customers. Zero stars given here.

Easy to book, secure and close to the city centre. Would have been 5 stars except the door to get in was broken and hard to manoeuvre, and there was a sign on the side of the building that said all day parking for £3 but there was no explanation of how to access that deal.

Finding a space to park was relatively simple and booking it was too. I reserved my space a week or so in advance but when I arrived, I followed the instructions and was unable to access the car park so had to find an alternative. For what should have been a straightforward task, it ended up adding stress to my journey. Now trying to get my money back and don’t think I will use them again.

Barrier wouldnt open to the carpark, had to get a ticket to get in and had to pay to get out, emailed the company with proof of purchase had to emails back then nothing and now not replying

I have received my booking confirmation however on the arrival I wasn't able to access the site, after speaking to help line I have been advised to take a ticket as without booking pay for the car park normally and after claim a refund from just park, waist of time and also higher charges

This space was great- only issue I had was not being able to get back into the carpark when going to collect my car. To gain access to this car park you need a ticket for entrance but in the email sent to me by just park it says don't take a ticket. This ment that I could t get back in the car park to get my car. Please can you look into this so that reentry is easier-or clearly explained. Other than that it was good value and a good spot.

there wasn't really clear instructions of how to get in or out of the carpark. but was secure inside and not dar from where I needed to be

the pre book on just park didn't work so I ended up having to pay for it in the car park aswell
