the car park was closed. how do I get my money back?

Wasnt clear at all where this car park was, driving round in cirlcles for 15 mins only to realise the car park was in fact closed and all bordered up. Found a different carpark (q park) just round the corner therefore getting stung an extra £23. Only just made our event on time. Not quite sure why justpark would even advertise let alone "recommend" a carpark that has clearly been bordered up for quite sometime!!
