Clean,convenient and easy to use

The good: Flawlessly clean, super secure car park in an ideal location. Booking itself was very easy. The bad: The booking wasn't passed to the company running the car park, who had no record of it, resulting in a long conversation whilst stood in the cold. The people the other side were very nice to be fair and they should be commended for their professionalism and courteous manner, but such an admin error is bad for business. The speaker on the exit gate didn't work either, so having to call them and shout without hearing a response was surreal. Further, £9 is the cost for a full day. I only wanted 4 1/2 hours, which should be £5.50 at the machines, but because I prepaid for those hours, it was for some reason £9. Check because it's likely cheaper for you to pay on the day instead. Overall, worth using if you pay on the day, but I wouldn't prebook here again.
