Trying to get back in to the parking area was ridiculous. Access to the main floor was not accessible, the access board didn't work. The second access point is not sign posted,..found it by accident,...no one answered the help line number.
Will NOT be using Pennine Five site again.

couldn't get entry into the car park to retrieve my car. the number provided was not being answered. luckily a car was arriving so ran in behind it, but not an ideal situation

I’ve paid 7£online already, but the machine at entrance made me paid 7.25 more for just over stay 2 hours.

Overall worked well but not very flexible when plans change last minute I have paid for longer than I was in the car park so won't use this again

Excellent parking in the centre of Sheffield. Easy to find using SatNav and felt very secure. I have an estate car and parking spaces were more than adequate.

Booking, information, although postcode didn’t work in car, but address did, shutter opened on arrival, all went well. Parking spaces are a bit tight and heading into Sheffield centre you have to walk right from the car park, straight up heart attack hill, great coming down, but for the price paid, it’s good value.
