Please note walking time as are based on following the advised exit routes below:
There are 2 exits to the estate on foot, the entrance you drive into off Granville Road and a second at the far end of the estate (if you are facing away from the car head left)- this should be used for quicker access to the Town Centre, Train Station and University.
Please try and park straight in the marked bay if possible as it really helps others :)
If you’re looking to save a few pennies you will notice there is on street parking however as this is a private road and the neighbours do call the police out when a car is parked on the road that they don’t recognise. It’s silly I know and a total waste of police time but it’s not worth saving £4 over. If you book this space and park on my drive this won’t be an issue.

Fantastic parking, a stones throw from the train station. Really easy to find and I left my car here while on an overnight trip away. Quiet street and felt safe to leave me car!

Communication with owner ok. Location near rail station very convenient. Parking space ok...but for fact that the other half of the 2 space parking area was occupied by a half skip full of building rubbish. Had not been warned before hand to expect this and, given the proximity of the skip to our car, a bit concerned therefore of possible damage to the car. (This did not happen).
